Patient First
Patient First is a quality management system which is used throughout University Hospitals Dorset. It will enable us all to make changes that benefit ourselves, our colleagues, and our patients.
The concept of Patient First can be simply explained as a triangle, with the patients at the top, and our values central to how we work. UHD staff can find out more here.
