Randomised Coffee Trials are starting!
This week we launch our successful randomised coffee trials (RCTs) for our colleagues at Dorset HealthCare, in addition to a new round for our staff at UHD.
What are they?
Randomised coffee trials are a way to meet colleagues from across your trust either virtually or in person and share ideas or simply get to know each other.
How do they work?
When you sign up you are randomly assigned to another staff member, it is then up to you both to arrange a 30 minute chat over coffee (or tea or hot chocolate!) via Microsoft Teams or in person if you can.
What are the benefits?
They allow people to learn from each other, build relationships, break down organisational silos and they can help to build a stronger community.
